2 The wireless forms that have been

assigned to your BlackBerry are

displayed.

3 Select a Data Tracker from the list and

press the trackball.

• If multiple forms are attached to a Data

Tracker, this is indicated at the bottom

of the page. In the example to the

right, the “1/2” indicates that you are

viewing Page 1 of 2. Highlight the

arrow and click the trackball to view

the other forms.

4 In the Form Details screen, use the

trackball to move among the fields in the

form.

5 You are given several options for viewing

the contents of a form:

• History - View the forms you have

saved as a part of this Data Tracker.

• Save - Save the wireless form in your

History records. If you frequently fill

out a form in the same way, saving a

template of your common responses

may save time when you have to fill

out the form again.

• Email - Email a completed form to another person.

• Submit - Send the wireless form back to the TeleNav Track web console.
