The BlackBerry Enterprise Server stops responding if the BlackBerry Messaging Agent creates multiple worker threads when
deleting a large number of entries on a user's BlackBerry device. The worker threads are reported as unresponsive in the BlackBerry

If a user sends a message using the BlackBerry device, and the user’s mail file name contains certain special characters (for
example, "ñ"), the message is not saved in the Lotus Notes mail file. (SDR 248591)
After a failover of the BlackBerry Enterprise Server, users might receive messages in the incorrect order on their BlackBerry

In certain circumstances, the BlackBerry Enterprise Server does not wirelessly redirect email messages to BlackBerry devices
even though the messages were placed in a redirected folder. This can only occur if the BlackBerry Enterprise Server is scanning
