During the "start services" stage the setup application appeared to hang for 1 to 2 minutes and when the dialog box eventually

refreshed, all of the services were displayed as started at one time. (DT 474699)

When reinstalling the BlackBerry® Enterprise Server and pointing to a new BlackBerry Configuration Database, you had to

configure the BlackBerry MDS Connection Service to use the local BlackBerry Dispatcher instance before it restarted. (DT
